Mattia Viti

Mattia Viti (born 24 January 2002) is an Italian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Serie A club Empoli.[1]

Club career

Born in Borgo San Lorenzo, in the province of Florence, Viti went through the Empoli youth ranks.[2][3] He made his professional debut on 30 September 2020, in a Coppa Italia game against Renate.[4]

On 22 September 2021 he made his Serie A debut in a 0–2 away victory against Cagliari.[5]

International career

Mattia Viti is a youth international for Italy,[2] having played at under-15, under-16, and under-18 levels.[6][7][8]
