Miss Universe Colombia is a beauty pageant competition and organization conceived in 2020 in Colombia to select the country's representative to the Miss Universe pageant.[1]

The current titleholder is Valeria Maria Ayos Bossa of Cartagena.[2] She represented Colombia at the Miss Universe 2021 competition where she placed Top 5.
