Reception

GameSpy rated the game at 73 of 100 stating that Monolith tried to do something different, for which they must be praised. However, they picked the wrong elements of each genre to include in their game, and cut too many corners in design. While the game is stable, looks and sounds okay, and has a great quest system, it fails to deliver on either strategy, role playing, or any other game elements well enough to keep things interesting or entertaining for very long[1]
