Shri Sanjay Singh
Shri Sanjay Singh was an officer of the Indian Forest Service and conservationist. Sanjay was killed in the line of duty by Maoist elements of the mining mafia in the Rehal forests of Rohtas district, Western Bihar.[2] The Shaheed Sanjay Singh College was named after him. In 2017 four individuals including a Maoist Communist Centre commander were sentenced to life in prison for the murder of Sanjay Singh.[3]
