Sirf Tum (TV series)

The show first begins with introducing Suhani and her family. Suhani is a simple and kind-hearted girl who aspires to become a doctor. Her mother, Sudha and younger brother, Ishaan support her dreams while her conservative father and grandmother oppose her. Suhani's father, Rakesh, makes Suhani study in a girls school her whole childhood saying that he wants to protect his daughter from the cruel world. When Suhani expresses her wish to study medical in a co-ed college, her father initially opposes the idea but then agrees for the sake of Suhani's happiness.

Ranveer Oberoi is a strong-minded and angry young man who gets easily provoked and is rough on the outside. He hates his father while he loves his mother deeply. Coincidentally, Suhani's best friend, Riya and Ranveer (both seniors in college to her) too study in the same college in which she wants to take admission.

Suhani asks Riya whether the 'someone special' person whom she mentioned studies in this college only. Riya says yes but Suhani isn't aware that Riya likes Ranveer. Ranveer and Suhani first meet when she comes to collect the admission form as it was the last day. Suhani comes and falls on the boy and Ranveer was about to hit her, but he stops seeing her. Rakesh is shown to be the manager of Ranveer's father, Vikrant.

Then, Suhani's father, Rakesh comes to the college to drop her off. He sees Ranveer and requests him to take responsibility of Suhani as he is her senior and she is new to the college. He agrees to Rakesh's request. Suhani then prepares to write the entrance test for admission in the college. The next day, Suhani gets stuck in a traffic jam while she is heading to write her entrance exam. Ranveer gets to know about this and arrives in time helping her to reach college on time. Ranveer and Anshul are enemies and keep fighting with each other all the time. Ansh doesn't like Ranveer and keeps creating plans to destroy him. He learns that Ranveer has a slight crush on Suhani. So, Anshul changes Suhani's roll no with another student who is a poor scorer. This leads to Suhani failing in the entrance exam due to which she will become ineligible for admission in the college. Suhani and her mother are very upset on learning this. When Rakesh learns about this, he gets relieved and tries to convince Suhani into joining a girl's college.

Ranveer believes that Suhani failing in the exam is impossible and investigates into the matter further. Then he gets to know that due to a roll-number exchange, Suhani was given the wrong grades which leads to her failing. Ranveer then blackmails the Dean and makes him admit Suhani as a student by correcting her grades. Ranveer informs this to Rakesh, but he doesn't convey the message to her. Ranveer visits Rakesh's house the next day and informs them about this. Suhani and her mother are very happy on learning this. But her father places some strict conditions before her saying she should work only towards her ambition and not keep unwanted distractions.

Ranveer's father, Vikrant organizes a grand party for his son. Ranveer and his father are always at loggerheads. Ranveer initially refuses to attend the party, but later reluctantly agrees due to his mother's request. (Coincidentally, Suhani's first day of college and Vikrant's party are planned on the same day) Ranveer plans a grand welcome for Suhani on her first day for college. Suhani is surprised seeing the welcome for her the next day. After the grand welcome, Ranveer asks John and Raghav to keep an eye on Suhani to aviod any troubles and goes to attend the party. Rocky and Ansh make a plan to rag Suhani as Ranveer is not present to save her. Meanwhile, the remaining family members of Ranveer's family, Dada Ji, Purohit uncle and his cousin Samaira are introduced. Ansh acts sweet with John and Raghav, and make them follow him to a room where he locks them so even they can't save Suhani. Vikrant meanwhile announces the surprise which is a house construction project which Ranveer will be managing. Ranveer gets angry after knowing this and breaks the miniature model of the building, shocking all the guests. He then makes a sketch of a hospital and names it 'Mamta Hospital' and insultingly gives a suggestion to Vikrant to gift this to his wife for her affection and dedication towards him. Mamta gets very emotional seeing Ranveer's love for her. John and Raghav somehow manage to call Ranveer and inform him that Suhani is in trouble. Ranveer immediately reaches the college on time and protects Suhani.

Days passed by, Suhani attends her anatomy class but she couldn't see the corpse properly as all the students covered the space. Ranveer notifies all these scenarios from outside and suddenly he barges into the classroom and takes Suhani to another lab room in order to teach her the incision. There Ranveer sets up a corpse on his own, Suhani got startled by seeing Ranveer act.
