Socket AM5
Socket AM5 is a zero insertion force flip-chip land grid array CPU socket by Advanced Micro Devices, that is planned to be used in AMD Ryzen microprocessors with Zen 4 microarchitecture.[1][2] AM5 is designed to replace AM4.
