The Brotherhood IV
The Brotherhood IV: The Complex is a 2005 film directed by David DeCoteau and starring Sebastian Gacki, April Telek, and Charlie Marsh. It is the fourth of the Brotherhood series of homoerotic horror films that started with The Brotherhood.[1][2]

Plot
A young cadet at a military academy joins its secret society, the "Black Skulls". Sent to a strange cave on a nearby beach, he does not survive the ceremony, being attacked by a succubus with lightning powers. The mythical creature then goes after the other members of the society.
