Umling La
Umling La is a mountain pass in Ladakh, India.[1][2] The elevation of the pass is 19,024 feet (5,799 m).[1]

Chisumle-Demchok road
In 2017 a road was constructed between Chisumle and Demchok villages passing through Umling La.[3] The road was recently completed by the Border Roads Organization of India at Umling La, making it the world's highest motorable road and pass.[1] The pass is located at kilometer 24, part of the 52 kilometres (32 mi) Chisumle-Demchok road.[2]
