Power

The village has a 66 KV Sub Station is functioning Under KSEB at Nedumpoil. It also has a nationalised Bank, Vijaya Bank at Nedumpuramchal, and Bank of Indi in Perumthody.

Postal services

Nedumpoil and Vayannur are the only post offices functioning in the village.

Transportation

The national highway passes through Kannur town. Mangalore and Mumbai can be accessed on the northern side and Cochin and Thiruvananthapuram can be accessed on the southern side. The road to the east of Iritty connects to Mysore and Bangalore. The nearest railway station is Kannur on the Mangalore-Palakkad line.
