Volcanic Bird Enemy and the Voiced Concern
Volcanic Bird Enemy and the Voiced Concern is the third studio album by American musician Travis Miller under the stage name Lil Ugly Mane.[2] It was self-released on October 12, 2021 via Bandcamp.[3] The album is Lil Ugly Mane's first full-length release in six years, following Oblivion Access (2015).

Release and promotion
Lil Ugly Mane's mixtape Three Sided Tape Volume One (2013) was officially released on music streaming services on October 22, 2020. It featured the newly-recorded bonus track "Headboard", that was later included on the Cassingle Tape, a limited cassette tape by Miller's side alias Bedwetter released on November 27, 2020. It also contained another new track "Here I Am" as a b-side. On July 27, 2021, he released "Headboard" and "Here I Am" on his Bandcamp page under the Lil Ugly Mane alias this time.[4]
On September 14, 2021, Miller followed-up with the singles "Porcelain Slightly" and "Into a Life".[5] On September 21, he released a remix to "Headboard" titled "Headboard (Nineteen at the Wave Mix)", which featured an alternate mix to "Headboard" as a b-side.[6] The latter version would later be used in the final album.
Miller surprise released the album on October 12, 2021 to his Bandcamp page. On October 31, he released a limited amount of CD copies of the album as an early batch. The CDs went up for sale once again on November 26, 2021, with the full merchandise releasing on December 3, 2021. This included cassette packages and t-shirts for Volcanic Bird Enemy and the Voiced Concern and for the Vudmurk EP Obedient Form.

- All tracks are stylized in all caps on Bandcamp, and lowercase elsewhere. For example, "Bird Enemy Car" is stylized as either "BIRD ENEMY CAR" or "bird enemy car".
- "Cursor" contains an extended outro exclusive to music services outside of Bandcamp, totaling the track at 4:18, and the album at 59:57.
