Written by Mikoto Yamaguchi and illustrated by Mario, Who Wants to Marry a Billionaire? started on Kodansha's Comic Days online platform on June 28, 2019.[2] Kodansha has collected its chapters into individual tankōbon volumes. The first volume was released on November 13, 2019.[3] As of September 8, 2021, six volumes have been released.[4]

In North America, Seven Seas Entertainment announced the English release of the manga under its Ghost Ship adult imprint in both print and digital formats starting in December 2021.[5]
