Yavo Yom
"Yavo Yom" (Hebrew script: יבוא יום; "A Day Will Come") was the Israeli entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 1986, performed in Hebrew by Moti Giladi and Sarai Tzuriel.[1]

The song is an uptempo, almost showtune-esque number; with the singers expressing their desire for all of humanity to live as one in harmony. Mention is made of "all of our children", implying that this is a long-term desire, rather than an immediate one.
The song was performed eleventh on the night, following Switzerland's Daniela Simmons with "Pas pour moi" and preceding Ireland's Luv Bug with "You Can Count On Me". At the close of voting, it had received 7 points, placing 19th in a field of 20.[2]
It was succeeded as Israeli representative at the 1987 contest by Lazy Bums with "Shir Habatlanim".
