2021–22 European North Basketball League

2021–22 European North Basketball League (or simply ENBL) is the first season of the European North Basketball League (ENBL), an international basketball competition patronised by FIBA. Teams from 3 countries from Northern Europe (Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania), Central Europe (Poland), Eastern Europe (Belarus) and Kazakhstan were confirmed to participate in this season competition. Teams from Norway, Denmark and Russia were also interested in participating.

The tournament will begin on October 12, 2021, and will be concluded on January 19, 2022.[1][2][3]

Competition format

8 teams will play against each other one match in 4 "bubble" tournaments in Ventspils/Riga, Tartu, Wloclavek and one more town (yet to be announced).

All teams will advance to quarterfinals which will be played in the home-away format. The winners will play final four between 5th and 7 April to compete for the title.
