Faatsung
Faatsung (Nepali: फातसुङ) is a Nepali novel written by Chuden Kabimo(Nepali: छुदेन काविमो).[1][2] Kabimo is an Indian writer from Darjeeling and the winner of the Yuva Puraskar (Nepali language), 2018 for his short story collection 1986.[3] The book was published in 2019 and was nominated for Madan Puraskar of that year.[4][5] The book is published by FinePrint publication[6] and is written in Darjeeling dialect. The novel was released by Kabimo, and writers Khagendra Sangraula and Bhushita Vasistha in Kathmandu.[7][8]

Synopsis
In Lepcha language, Faatsung means story of the soil. The novel is based on the Gorkhaland movement in northern part of West Bengal.[9]
