Filipe Bem Relvas Vitó Oliveira (born 20 September 1999) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for the club Portimonense in the Primeira Liga.

Professional career
A youth product of Espinho, Feirense, and Gondomar, Relvas began his senior career with Pedras Rubras. In the summer of 2020, he signed with the development squad of Portimonense, and signed a professional contract with the club on 29 July 2021.[1] He made his professional debut with Portimonense in a 2-0 Taça da Liga loss to Boavista on 1 August 2021.[2]
