Francisco de Assis Rosa e Silva

Francisco de Assis Rosa e Silva (October 4, 1857 – July 1, 1929) was a Brazilian politician who was the third vice president of Brazil from November 15, 1898 to November 14, 1902 under Manuel Ferraz de Campos Sales.[1] As Vice President, he also served as the President of the Senate.[2] He served as the President of the Chamber of Deputies from 1894 to 1896.[3]
