It was released as the fourth single from the album on November 13, 2007, by Universal Music.[1] The song was written by Coti and Julieta Venegas, and produced by Cachorro López. It is a pop song with dance elements.

Music video
The music video for "Que Me Voy A Quedar" contains video footage from Rubio's Amor, Luz y Sonido Tour, and was directed by Paula Falla.[2] It was released on October 12, 2007, through the official Paupower fan website.[3] Some shots of the music video were taken at the Government Delegation in A Coruña.[4] Los 40 Principales praised the music video as "quite a statement of intent", referring to the moments in the life of a music star in his day-to-day life during "one of the most extensive tours she has ever starred in."[5]
