Bakla Ezmesi

Bakla ezmesi,(Fava)[1][2] ,(Favetta),[3][4] a meze prepared by soaking and boiling shelled dried broad beans until soft and then pureeing with olive oil and optionally fresh dill. The puree is left to set overnight, and served cold, garnished with dill and slices of lemon.
