2022 New York Attorney General election
The 2022 New York Attorney General election will take place on November 8, 2022, to elect the Attorney General of New York. The incumbent Democratic Attorney General Letitia James is eligible for re-election, but originally decided to run for Governor in 2022. On December 9, 2021, James suspended her gubernatorial campaign and announced her intention to run for a second term.
